Role summary

E-Logic is seeking an Automation Engineer to develop and maintain tools for billing validation, SLA tracking, and program operations within the Department of Health & Human Services. The role involves designing and implementing automation solutions for PMO processes, supporting tools like eSuite, and enhancing enterprise systems such as ServiceNow integrations. The engineer will also be responsible for providing a roadmap for automation capabilities. This position requires experience with automation tools, scripting, or low-code platforms, along with strong systems integration and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms is preferred. Hiring is contingent upon proposal selection.

Key Responsibilities
