Role summary

EBAS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered agentic modernization platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer discovery and translating CIO insights into clear specifications, to extending agent capabilities in areas like context graphs and multi-agent orchestration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical fluency in data schemas, APIs, ETL, and legacy enterprise systems. A deep curiosity for AI products and a "services-to-software" mindset are crucial for success in this high-ownership, mission-driven role within a fast-growing startup.

EBAS is partnering again with a venture-backed startup disrupting a $1.5T industry by combining AI agents with expert humans to deliver infrastructure initiatives 5x faster at a third of the cost. They are backed by $11M over subscribed seed round from top investors and led by repeat founders who’ve scaled category-defining companies. They are beyond POC and have hit $1.5M+ in ARR without any reps, though just hired 3 reps to capitalise on this momentum to enterprise space.

This is an opportunity to join a high-ownership product function at a pivotal stage and define the agent capabilities and platform roadmap that will modernize enterprise infrastructure at the speed of AI.

  • Strong AI product curiosity: you think in agents, workflows, and feedback loops, and stay current on AI-native product patterns
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving from 0 to 1, and building lightweight prototypes to validate direction
