🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven
QA / Test Engineer
to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and usability. In this fully remote role, you’ll design and execute test strategies, identify defects, and work closely with developers to deliver high-quality software.

You’ll play a key role in improving product stability and user experience across web and mobile platforms.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Build and maintain automated test scripts
• Conduct regression, integration, and functional testing
• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning
• Ensure product quality across releases and deployments

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in QA, software testing, or test automation
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Basic understanding of programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of mobile testing (iOS/Android)
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software testing
