I’m working with a defence communications technology company developing advanced wireless networking systems used in mission-critical environments.
They’re looking to hire a Senior Offensive Security Engineer focused on identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities across embedded hardware, firmware, and software to strengthen system security.
Ideal candidate would have a background in
- Offensive security work such as penetration testing, red teaming, or vulnerability research
- Security assessment of embedded systems, firmware, and hardware platforms
- Reverse engineering and identifying weaknesses in system architecture
- Security testing across mobile, embedded, or cloud environments
- Building custom tools or scripts to support offensive security work
- Programming experience in C/C++, Rust, Golang, Swift, or similar
Location & package
- Los Angeles, California (hybrid, ~3 days onsite)
- Up to $210k base depending on experience
- U.S. citizenship required
