. In this
6-month contract
role, you will drive cross-channel marketing programs, coordinate campaign delivery, and analyze performance to optimize results. This position involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including creative, merchandising, and marketing teams. You will play a key role in managing complex campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across teams while delivering data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and able to navigate a matrixed environment while maintaining strong ownership of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Coordinate campaign delivery across on-platform placements and off-platform channels
• Partner with creative, merchandising, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve results using data insights
• Develop concise leadership updates summarizing performance and priorities
• Work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workstreams
• Support the development of standardized processes and best practices for campaign execution
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, pivot tables, charts, and reporting
• Experience presenting ideas and results to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in entertainment or media industries
• Expertise in market segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Demonstrated track record of measurable business impact through marketing initiatives
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
