Senior Product Manager

PRODUCT MANAGER ( LOCALS ONLY)

Description:

• Should have an overall experience of 11 to 12 years with at least 4 years within Product management
• Support the transformation of OAI Product Management from a traditional waterfall model to agile/product-centric methodologies.
• Define and implement product structure across L1–L3 levels to ensure clarity, scalability, and alignment across teams.
• Develop and lead intake processes and change delivery workflow processes to streamline product development and prioritization.
• Lead Strategic Program Management initiatives across multiple product lines and ensure successful execution.
• Define, lead, and deliver high-impact products that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance customer value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Business, and Operations to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with leadership vision and organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to influence product direction, roadmap planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, governance, and operating models.
• Ensure consistent product taxonomy, ownership, and accountability across the organization.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives through effective planning, prioritization, and execution

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
