Role summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the transformation of OAI Product Management towards agile methodologies. This role involves defining and implementing product structure, leading intake and change delivery processes, and driving strategic program management initiatives. The ideal candidate will define, lead, and deliver high-impact products, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and enhance customer value. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, influencing product direction, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives through effective planning and execution. This is an onsite, full-time position in Denver, CO.

Description:
- Should have an overall experience of 11 to 12 years with at least 4 years within Product management
- Support the transformation of OAI Product Management from a traditional waterfall model to agile/product-centric methodologies.
- Define and implement product structure across L1–L3 levels to ensure clarity, scalability, and alignment across teams.
- Develop and lead intake processes and change delivery workflow processes to streamline product development and prioritization.
- Lead Strategic Program Management initiatives across multiple product lines and ensure successful execution.
- Define, lead, and deliver high-impact products that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance customer value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Business, and Operations to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with leadership vision and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to influence product direction, roadmap planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, governance, and operating models.
- Ensure consistent product taxonomy, ownership, and accountability across the organization.
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives through effective planning, prioritization, and execution
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
