Role summary

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 6-8 years of experience to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and modern UI/UX trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to define user experience.
  • Design visually appealing and responsive UI layouts for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and A/B experiments to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG/ADA standards), and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Deliver high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify design requirements and review implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
  • Experience with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
