Vice President of Construction
Role summary
The Vice President of Construction will lead all new club development, remodels, relocations, capital projects, and facility improvements for a growing multi-unit portfolio. This executive will develop and execute the construction strategy to support aggressive expansion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to brand standards. Responsibilities include overseeing construction teams, consultants, and contractors, establishing scalable processes and reporting, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, including 5+ years managing multi-site programs at a Director or VP level, and experience with rapid growth across multiple states. This is a hybrid, primarily remote role.

About This Role
The Vice President of Construction is responsible for leading all aspects of new club development, remodels, relocations, capital projects, and facility improvement initiatives across a growing multi-unit portfolio. This executive will support developing and executing the company's construction strategy to support aggressive expansion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards.
The VP of Construction partners closely with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and executive leadership to drive scalable growth. This individual will oversee construction teams, consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors while establishing best-in-class processes, reporting, and controls.
