Construction Manager
Role summary
Giga Energy is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and oversee all pre-construction and construction activities for their data center infrastructure projects. This role involves full project lifecycle management, from planning and budgeting to contractor selection, site execution, and final energization. Responsibilities include developing project execution plans, managing construction budgets and schedules, coordinating with various engineering disciplines and contractors, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of experience in construction or energy project management, and proven experience managing complex contractor networks and large-scale procurement. Proficiency with project management tools and strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This is a remote role requiring frequent travel to project sites.

What you’ll do
The Construction Manager will lead and oversee all pre-construction and construction activities across Giga Energy’s portfolio of data center infrastructure projects, through the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final energization. This includes managing, planning, budgeting, selecting and coordinating with contractors and equipment suppliers, overseeing site execution, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality work.
Where you’ll work
If based outside of our Houston or San Francisco hubs, this role will be based remotely from your home office. You must be willing to travel frequently to project sites in Texas and other geographies.
