Role summary

eQuilibrynt Consulting is seeking a Contract Program Manager (1099) to build and manage drug development programs. This role focuses on creating program management infrastructure, including integrated timelines, SharePoint, Smartsheet tracking, and dashboards, and driving execution across cross-functional teams (translational sciences, clinical, regulatory, CMC). The ideal candidate has strong experience in biotech/pharma program management, a deep understanding of drug development, and hands-on experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint. This is a 40-hour per week contract position, initially for 6 months with potential for extension, aimed at improving the operational efficiency of drug development programs.

We’re looking for a Contract Program Manager (1099) who wants to be part of that.
This is not a traditional PM role. It sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology and focuses on two things:
Build the system
Create program management infrastructure that actually works
Think: integrated timelines, clean SharePoint environments, Smartsheet-based tracking, and real dashboards that show true program health
Run the program
Step into active, cross-functional development programs and drive execution
Bring clarity to complexity, keep teams aligned, and ensure real progress against milestones
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in biotech / pharma program management
• Proven ability to operate across translational sciences, clinical, regulatory, and CMC functions
• Deep understanding of cross-functional drug development
• Hands-on with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and reporting tools
• Strong prioritization and time management skills in complex, fast-moving environments
• Someone who can create structure quickly and elevate how teams operate
