About Eudaimon
Eudaimon (EudaimonAI.org) is a nonprofit that uses AI to help emotionally vulnerable people recognize manipulation, set boundaries, and reclaim their voice. We serve 1,000+ registered users across 18+ countries — built by one person, zero marketing spend.
We're now rebuilding our core product: a unified AI Growth Agent that delivers personalized psychological resilience coaching through a five-dimension assessment, daily practice dashboard, and mobile-first PWA.
What You'll Work On
- Build and iterate on the Growth Agent — quiz flows, AI-generated reports, user dashboard
- Integrate and tune LLM APIs (Groq, Gemini) for coaching and assessment generation
- Design product flows that work for emotionally vulnerable users — clarity and trust matter here
- Contribute to frontend (Next.js + Tailwind) and backend (Supabase) as needed
- Help shape product decisions alongside the founder
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable across the stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node/Python), and LLM APIs
- Some experience with ML or AI product development — doesn't have to be research-level
- Product instincts: you think about the user, not just the code
- Can work independently, communicate async, and ship things
- Care about the mission — this work touches real people in difficult situations
Nice to have: experience with Supabase, Vercel, PWA, or designing for sensitive/mental health contexts.
The Commitment
- ~20 hours/week, fully remote, flexible schedule
- Unpaid volunteer role — this is a mission-driven contribution
- Minimum 3-month commitment preferred; open to ongoing
What You Get
- Real ownership — you'll ship things that reach users in 18+ countries
- Experience building AI products in a sensitive, high-stakes domain
- Reference letter and LinkedIn recommendation upon completion
- Direct collaboration with the founder (Applied AI Engineer background, fintech + nonprofit)
