About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at CGI Njoyn. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment, is required. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems, and talent management practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, are vital. Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist at CGI Njoyn, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Maintaining and updating HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
- Organizing and facilitating employee engagement initiatives and training programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Handling employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Supporting organizational change initiatives and contributing to strategic planning efforts related to workforce management.
