
Senior Product Manager
Role summary
Fieldwire is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a core product within their construction technology platform. This role involves shaping the future of construction team collaboration by scaling an industry-leading jobsite management platform. The Senior Product Manager will partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative product features. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, driving roadmaps, managing product lifecycles, and leveraging data and customer insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software product management experience, a STEM degree or equivalent, and experience with B2B/SaaS mobile products, AI tools, and workflow platforms. - You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to solve complex real-world problems and deliver meaningful product innovations that directly impact how projects are built
- You will develop deep expertise in both our customers and our market while helping Fieldwire continue its mission to modernize a 12 trillion global construction industry
- A day in the life of a Senior Product Manager will see you:
- Identify complex, high-impact opportunities and product gaps within the construction technology ecosystem
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes
- Drive product vision and execute strategic roadmaps aligned to company growth priorities
- Own one or more product development teams and lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer needs
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and test solutions
- Lead rapid experimentation through prototypes, A/B testing, and iterative releases to deliver value quickly
- Use data, research, and customer insights to guide product decisions and prioritization
- The primary responsibilities of our next Senior Product Manager will be to:
- Define and evolve the product strategy for your functional product area
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to discover, validate, and launch impactful features
- Deliver clear, well-structured product documentation that aligns technical and business stakeholders
- Build strong empathy for construction professionals and advocate for their needs
- Break complex initiatives into phased deliverables that create immediate value while supporting long-term scalability
- Define success metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data and customer feedback
- Lead product launches in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams
- Contribute to the evolution of Fieldwire’s product management practices, frameworks, and culture
- Mentor peers and help strengthen product excellence across the organization
