Role summary
Foundation Health is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle across their entire product ecosystem, including patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation, and system integrations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, working closely with Engineering and Design. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare technology background, experience building software products from scratch (0 to 1), and familiarity with EHRs, clinical data, and AI.
