### **Role Details**

**Location:** San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.

**Compensation:** The annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$220,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits

At FurtherAI, we’re building the next generation of AI agents for the insurance industry - a trillion-dollar market ready for transformation.

Now, we’re looking for a **Founding Product Designer** to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. B2B software is notoriously clunky. We believe it should be delightful, intuitive, and joyful.

### **What You’ll Do**

* Own the **entire product design process**: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
* Partner with engineering and product to bring **complex workflows** into simple, intuitive experiences.
* Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
* Shape and nurture the **design culture** at FurtherAI.
* Work **in-person** from our San Francisco office (5 day week).

### **What We’re Looking For**

* 5+ years designing products.
* Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
* Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions
* Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups
* Above all: **drive, grit, and ownership**. If you excel here, other requirements are secondary
