<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Founding Product Designer to shape the future of our digital products. As a key member of our innovative team, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, creating intuitive, engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to establish the design foundation for a growing organization and influence how users interact with our solutions.

<Duties>

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear requirements and translate business needs into compelling user experiences.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and motion graphics to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs continuously.
• Establish design patterns and style guides that ensure consistency across products while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles through research insights and data visualization techniques.

<Experience>

• Proven experience as a product or UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and requirements gathering processes.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, Zeplin, Axure, Balsamiq, and Adobe XD.
• Strong analysis skills with experience in data visualization using tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, web accessibility standards, responsive web design principles, and usability testing methods such as A/B testing or user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working on e-commerce platforms or digital products within an Agile environment is highly desirable. Join us as we craft innovative digital experiences that delight users while driving business growth!

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
