The resource should also be well-versed in:
User onboarding and access management, including accurate setup of roles in AWS, as well as creation and maintenance of S3 buckets.
Exposure to production support activities, including handling technical tasks currently managed by Girish.
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills – actively participate in meetings, clearly understand requirements, and document them effectively.
Ability to manage and support specific workstreams (e.g., handling Med Affairs and IQVIA-related requests).
