Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technical programs from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in program/project management, with a minimum of 5 years in technical delivery. You will be responsible for driving program leadership, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget, and defining program goals, roadmaps, and OKRs. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential. You will also participate in architecture and design discussions, manage technical risks, and oversee integration and DevOps practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

  • 10–15 years in program/project management, with at least 5 years in technical delivery roles.
  • Agile Expertise: Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent, JIRA, Confluence
  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Governance

o Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.

o Define program goals, roadmaps, and OKRs aligned with organizational strategy.

o Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including RACI and KPI tracking.

• Agile Execution

o Coach teams on Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe), ensuring adoption and maturity.

o Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning.

o Maintain dependency plans across sprints and mitigate risks proactively.

• Technical Engagement

o Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure scalability and compliance.

o Manage technical risks and dependencies across multiple teams and platforms.

o Oversee integration, release management, and DevOps practices.

• Stakeholder Management

o Act as a conduit between senior leadership, engineering, and business teams.

o Provide regular status updates and dashboards to executives.

o Foster open communication and resolve conflicts effectively
