We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise in food safety and handling will contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set.
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely, including knives and other food preparation devices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
