🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI Designer
to design visually engaging, modern, and intuitive digital interfaces. In this fully remote role, you’ll focus on crafting high-quality user interfaces that enhance usability, consistency, and overall product experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to bring designs to life from concept to final implementation.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate wireframes and UX concepts into polished UI designs
Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and product data
Ensure consistency across all visual elements and brand guidelines
Contribute to improving UI standards and design processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in UI design or product design
Strong portfolio showcasing UI work for web and/or mobile products
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with design systems and component libraries
Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States

🌟 Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or consumer-facing apps
Basic understanding of UX principles
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Motion design or prototyping skills (After Effects, Principle, Framer)
