Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business/Data Analyst to support the F2B Model Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand, document, and optimize data flows and business processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document F2B model lifecycle data flows and business processes.

• Work with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.

• Translate business and user goals into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Partner with QA automation teams to define test scenarios for system and integration testing.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for model lifecycle processes and data flows.

• Analyze and interpret data using SQL and Python to support decision-making.

• Break down complex and ambiguous problems into structured analytical solutions.

• Ensure alignment with Model Risk Management (MRM) frameworks and best practices.

• Collaborate across teams to support system architecture discussions, APIs, and data models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SQL and Python for data analysis.

• Hands-on experience working with APIs, data models, and system architecture.

• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide structured solutions.

• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.

• Solid understanding of Model Risk Management (MRM).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering.

Mandatory experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, AMP, and Claude Code.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $67,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
