Role summary

This contract role for a Technical Product Manager in Seattle, WA, focuses on leading large-scale enterprise Windows OS deployments and managing hardware lifecycle programs. The position requires a strong understanding of Windows deployment tools and frameworks like SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and MDT. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with OS migration, pilot testing, and phased rollouts, as well as managing hardware procurement, evaluation, deployment, and retirement. The role also involves writing user stories, refining product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and effective stakeholder management with both technical and non-technical teams. The position is hybrid, with 4 days in the office, and extends through December 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise Windows OS deployments (10,000+ endpoints preferred).

•Strong understanding of Windows deployment tools and frameworks (SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT).

•Hands-on experience in OS migration programs, pilot testing, phased rollout strategies, and cross-team coordination.

•Experience managing hardware lifecycle programs, including procurement, evaluation, deployment, and retirement.

•Strong ability to write user stories, refine product backlogs, and prioritize conflicting requirements in fast-paced environments.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical teams.

•Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
