Role summary
Global Science & Technology is seeking a Product Manager to support a technical and operational support contract in Suitland, MD, with a hybrid schedule. The role involves providing Configuration Management (CM) support, including developing, implementing, and administering CM processes. Responsibilities include administering CM functions, supporting document and change control, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring program compliance. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar scientific discipline, a minimum of 5 years of product management support experience, and demonstrated experience with Configuration Management are required. Experience with NOAA or DoD and an understanding of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) tracking systems are also necessary.

Product Manager
to support a technical and operational support contract. The position is located in Suitland, MD but is approved for a hybrid schedule. The Product Manager will provide product management support services which include, but are not limited to, providing Configuration Management (CM) support to develop, implement, and administer CM Processes.

Position Summary
- Administers all CM process functions including inputting, updating, tracking, managing, and maintaining the CM tools and processes.
- Supports the program management team in document control, engineering change control, and software change control.
- Works closely with Program team members to effectively implement the CM processes and track completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitors program compliance with CM processes and communicates concerns and areas of improvement to the Program Manager.
- Collaborates with project or system stakeholders such as developers, testers, users, to inform them of the configuration information, to solicit their feedback and input to resolve any conflicts or problems.
Required Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar scientific discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management support
- Demonstrated experience with Configuration Management
- Experience with NOAA or DoD
- Understanding of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) tracking systems
