Job Summary:
The Consumer Insights & Analytics group is seeking a self-starter to support insights work across the organization's North American brands. This role will help maintain core consumer & retail landscape reporting, support the quarterly earnings reporting process, and consolidate key consumer and business data points. As a proactive business partner, this person will deliver reliable reporting and analytical support that will contribute to the success of the greater team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain
monthly reporting
using multiple external data sources
- Support end-of-quarter reporting, including data pulls, quality checks, and synthesis of performance insights for the team
- Identify, ideate, and implement
process improvements
to enhance the team's reporting efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated workflows
- Create clear, compelling visualizations that aid in storytelling for the team
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably within finance, statistics, or other analytical degree)
Required Experience:
- 0-3 years' experience in an analytical role
Required Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Curious, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast paced environment
Preferred Skills:
