Role summary
GlossGenius is seeking a Staff Data Analyst, Marketing to lead the analytical vision for their Go-to-Market team. This role involves partnering with the VP of Growth Marketing to own the marketing measurement strategy, lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, and optimize growth initiatives. Responsibilities include executing high-impact campaigns, defining marketing metrics and KPIs, owning attribution models, and leveraging AI tools for analysis. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of analytical experience, including 3+ in marketing analytics, and 1+ years in team leadership, with strong skills in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and marketing experimentation. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

About the Role
As a Staff Marketing Analyst, you will set the analytical vision and raise the ceiling on what's possible across our Go-to-Market team. You will partner closely with our VP of Growth Marketing to own and evolve our marketing measurement strategy, lead a team of marketing analysts, and drive the overall efficiency of our growth machine. Beyond executing high-quality analysis yourself, you will define frameworks, establish best practices, and multiply the impact of the analysts around you.
You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Benefits & Perks
The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $190,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
