AI Engineer

Role Description

This role is for an AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to support business and product needs. In this position, you will work on building intelligent systems, integrating machine learning models, and optimizing data-driven applications.

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. You will be involved in model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring that systems perform reliably and efficiently in real-world environments.

Key responsibilities include working with structured and unstructured data, developing machine learning models, and integrating AI capabilities into applications and workflows. You will also contribute to improving model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models
• Work with data pipelines and data preprocessing techniques
• Integrate AI solutions into applications and systems
• Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven projects
• Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of AI systems
• Support model deployment and maintenance in production environments
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve models
• Stay updated on AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends
• Document models, processes, and technical implementations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or similar
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development
• Ability to work with large datasets and data processing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of model evaluation and performance optimization
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with cloud platforms or deployment tools is a plus
• Educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
