Strategic Account Director
Role summary
Gradial is seeking a Strategic Account Director to manage and grow enterprise accounts using their AI platform. This remote or Seattle-based role focuses on driving customer adoption, identifying new use cases, and building strategic relationships within complex global organizations. The Director will partner with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure customers achieve measurable impact and expand their use of Gradial's AI capabilities, directly influencing retention and long-term success. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, delivering consultative presentations, managing pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to influence product roadmaps.

Role Overview
Gradial is looking for a Strategic Account Director to help our enterprise customers realize the full potential of our AI platform. This role focuses on deepening partnerships and expanding value within existing accounts, ensuring customers achieve measurable impact and uncover new ways to grow with Gradial.
You’ll define how Gradial supports customers post-sale: driving adoption, identifying new use cases, and strengthening strategic relationships across complex global enterprises. Your work will directly influence retention, expansion, and long-term customer success with our enterprise customers
This role can be remote or in-person at our Seattle HQ.

Requirements
The OTE salary range for this position is $280,000 – $370,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
