Product Manager
GrowCap | Hybrid | Competitive Salary
What We Do
GrowCap provides user acquisition funding to games and apps to help bring them to a wider audience. We help game studios optimize their advertising spend, scale their user base, and reach and retain millions of players every day all across the world. We rethink traditional venture and debt financing by providing fit-for-purpose capital that helps studios grow without giving up equity, providing an easy and low-cost solution for the $170B global mobile games market.
We’re seeking an experienced product manager who can own critical projects, drive results, and directly impact the business performance. You will work directly with the CEO, COO, Head of Origination and data teams to translate business requirements and data opportunities into tangible features in the platform. You will work with data across advertising, gaming, sales and social media platforms to identify opportunities and define the long-term roadmap of our infrastructure.
What You'll Do
GrowCap's launched in 2025, the foundations are in place, but the roadmap from here is yours to own. You'll work directly with data engineering to turn infrastructure into tools that credit, origination, and studios actually use: shaping what gets built, writing the specs, and staying close to execution until it ships.
Core product:
- Own the internal underwriting and deal management tooling — the interfaces and workflows that let the credit team move fast and make confident decisions
- Define and prioritize the studio-facing experience — how studios apply, track their deal, and interact with GrowCap throughout the relationship
- Translate data engineering outputs (cohort signals, fraud flags, performance dashboards) into products that non-technical users can act on
Data collaboration:
- Work closely with the data engineering team to align infrastructure priorities with product needs
- Define what "good data" looks like from a product perspective, what signals matter, how they're surfaced, and when they trigger action
Strategy:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap across internal and external surfaces
- Identify gaps between how the business operates today and what the product should enable
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems, write clear specs, set priorities, and keep execution moving
What We Need
You've shipped B2B products in a fast-moving environment and know how to work with data teams, not just alongside them. You’re comfortable leading product conversations and sourcing feedback from cross functional stakeholders. You have either worked at or want to work at a startup, and are excited about a fast paced environment with high ownership and upside potential.
Experience
- 6–8 years in product management, with at least one role at an early-stage company where you owned the roadmap end-to-end
- Background in fintech, lending, ad tech, or data-heavy B2B products is a strong plus
Must have:
- Proven track record shipping B2B product from spec to production
- Comfortable working directly with engineers; you understand technical trade offs and can help to prioritize deliverables
- Strong written communication; your specs are clear, your priorities are reasoned, your stakeholders stay aligned
- Data fluency; you don't need to write the pipeline, but you need to understand what the data means, what matters and what to do with it
- High ownership, startup mentality; you drive work to completion and ask for help when you get stuck
Nice to have:
- Fintech, lending, or credit risk background
- Mobile gaming or ad tech experience
- Experience building underwriting, risk, or compliance tooling
- Familiarity with MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) or a willingness to learn
Why This Role
You're inheriting a foundation, not a blank page — the architecture, the early customers,
and the business model is proven. Your job is to build the product layer on top of it.
You’re one of the first senior hires, shaping how GrowCap operates as a product and as a company. You have direct influence on the product, culture and team that GrowCap becomes.
The domain is genuinely interesting. You'll get close to cohort economics, UA strategy, and credit risk in a globally massive market that touches millions of players. Becoming an expert in this domain has cross-career benefits across applications, advertising, digital media and more.
