Global leader in diagnostics, serving hospitals and physician groups with mission-critical equipment. Player/coach role leading a small team through pick, QC, pack, and ship in a climate-controlled facility handling sensitive lab equipment. This is a quality and accuracy role — on-time, error-free delivery matters more than throughput.

What You'll Do

Oversee hands-on facility operations from shipment arrival through outbound delivery
Lead team through pick, QC, pack, and ship for ~100 daily orders, ~80 shipments/day to hospitals and physician groups
Manage daily paperwork and OSHA compliance Monday–Thursday
Run inventory counts and facility cleanup on Fridays
Own warehouse operations and provide Customer Service triage training

What You Bring

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Proven warehouse operations leadership
Comfortable being hands-on while managing a small team
Detail-oriented — this is a quality role, not just speed role
Experience with regulated or medical products a plus
Must currently live in the Atlanta Metro area

Compensation & Benefits

Base: $75,000–$85,000 & 10% bonus
