QA Engineer

This full-time, on-site role involves serving as the primary engineering contact for the quality department, developing quality controls, and implementing effective testing protocols. The engineer will design automated testing systems, analyze product error data, and troubleshoot manufacturing or design issues to ensure high-quality products and efficient QA processes. The position requires 5 years of relevant experience, a technical degree or equivalent, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
Individual will serve as the primary contact for all engineering functions for the quality
department. Individual will assist in developing improvements with the quality
department. Individual will be involved with the process of product design and
development, creating protocols for production teams to follow that result in high-quality
products. The role of a Quality Engineer is to implement effective quality controls, teach
production staff how to use them, and supervise outcomes. Quality Engineers design
automated testing systems and quality control workflows to improve the efficiency of the
quality assurance process. They collect data about instances of product errors and
investigate possible solutions by troubleshooting the manufacturing or design process.
Location: On-site (Valencia, CA)
Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $110,000-$120,000
Responsibilities:
- Determining quality improvement factors
- Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of
manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment
- Making sure processes adhere to quality standards
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software
- Disposition all non-conformances in a timely manner

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in engineering, Technical Degree, or equivalent work
experience
- Completion of ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Program
- 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to multitask

quality manufacturing process
