Sales Operations Analyst
Role summary
HackerRank is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will support the GTM engine by ensuring clean data, reliable tooling, and operational insights. Responsibilities include acting as a daily resource for the sales team, maintaining sales process documentation, assisting with cross-functional projects, monitoring and maintaining data accuracy across the GTM tech stack (including Salesforce), performing audits, executing data imports, and investigating sales process data trends. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, hands-on Salesforce experience, advanced Google Sheets proficiency, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Familiarity with GTM tools like Outreach or ZoomInfo is preferred.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll report to the Revenue Operations Team Lead and play a key supporting role in keeping our GTM engine running smoothly. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and RevOps, executing on established processes, maintaining the integrity of our systems, and helping surface insights that inform how we sell. This is a great fit for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to grow within a function that's actively building something meaningful.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, including a target 10% annual bonus tied to individual and company performance. You will also receive equity (stock options) and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.
