Hadrius is seeking a Founding Recruiter to lead their end-to-end hiring process, focusing on attracting top 1% talent across sales, engineering, customer success, and operations. This high-output, entrepreneurial role involves sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring new hires elevate the company's talent bar. The recruiter will collaborate directly with the founding team to understand roles, create job posts, and develop innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional sourcing and closing skills, grit, creativity, and a team-first approach, with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in startup environments.
We’re looking for a high-output, entrepreneurial recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process at Hadrius. Your mission: bring in the top 1% of talent across sales, engineering, customer success, and operations—people who will scale with us from startup to category leader.
You’ll be the engine behind our hiring pipeline: sourcing exceptional candidates, running a world-class interview process, and ensuring every new hire raises the talent bar. This isn’t just filling seats—you’ll be building the team that builds the company.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to understand each role deeply, craft compelling job posts, and develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best people before anyone else does. ### Responsibilities
**First week:**
* Learn Hadrius’s mission, culture, and the key traits that make someone successful here.
* Ramp up on our hiring process, interview loops, and ATS.
* Audit open roles and current pipeline status.
* Source your first candidates for high-priority roles.
**First month:**
* Own 1–3 active searches end-to-end.
* Build candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications.
* Conduct first-round screens and guide candidates through the process.
* Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and scorecards.
* Deliver your first hires into the team.
**First 3 months & beyond:**
* Consistently maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage for every open role.
* Build an SLA of “5 Days or Less” to fill open roles with exceptional people.
* Develop and run a scalable referral program.
* Build a talent brand strategy to attract top-tier candidates proactively.
* Hire 10+ exceptional team members who raise the bar across the company.

### Qualifications
* 3+ years recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with a track record of hiring top talent
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other tools
* Experience hiring for multiple functions in a startup environment
* Bonus points for recruiting in compliance, financial services, or SaaS
* Previous experience building hiring processes from scratch
