Role summary

We are seeking a Talent Partner to join our high-performing HR team, supporting aggressive growth. This role focuses on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment coordination, assisting the Head of Talent across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has previous experience supporting investment management, financial services, energy, or infrastructure growth. Responsibilities include leading the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, managing internship programs, building and enhancing onboarding processes, and contributing to broader HR initiatives like performance management and compensation benchmarking. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and the role is 100% onsite.

Due to continued success and investment on a global scale, we’re now looking to appoint a Talent Partner to a well established, high performing HR Team.

This is a newly created position to accommodate aggresive growth across 2026 and beyond; where you will be assisting the organization in developing a stronger platform to build from, with ample opportunity for continued progression and development.

Summary of Position

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment coordination will be your priority, supporting the Head of Talent with initiatives across the employee lifecycle; from recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding transitions.

This position is suited to those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to your hiring teams, ideally we are looking to appoint those that have previous experience supporting investment management, financial services, energy or infrastructure growth.

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across professional, technical, and leadership roles
  • Responsible for leading and complete execution of company internship programs

Onboarding & Integration

  • Build Onboarding process for different business units
  • Coordinate and continuously enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

People & Culture Projects

  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives including performance management, learning and development, and compensation benchmarking
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or financial services industries would be beneficial
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish given the global nature of your work
  • Ability to work 100% onsite from the office
