AI & Analytics Lead - Service Line Sales - Retail/Consumer

As a Director-level Sales Specialist, you will bridge the gap between complex technical innovation and C-suite business value. You’ll be evangelizing mission-critical projects involving Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI to drive massive growth in the Retail and CPG sectors.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to RFP/RFI excellence, focusing on AI-driven services and data modernization for Retail, Travel, and Hospitality clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor to CIO, CDO, and CXO organizations, mapping client structures and building sales strategies for disruptive Agentic AI and Analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with internal data scientists and solution architects to pitch complex tech stacks including Databricks, Snowflake, and Hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Drive P&L management and account growth strategies, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and forecast hygiene for multi-million dollar engagements.

• Consult on 360-degree AI lifecycles, ensuring seamless program execution from initial data governance to advanced model deployment.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of total professional experience with at least 5-7 years of hands-on leadership in AI, Data, and Analytics pre-sales or consultative selling.

• Deep practitioner-level knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, and Anthropic.

• Proven expertise in Cloud Data Warehouse concepts and tools like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Informatica.

• Demonstrated track record of managing P&L and navigating complex matrix organizations to meet aggressive sales targets.

• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders and lead agile technical teams through high-value consulting engagements.
