Security Engineer

Lead IAM Security Architect | Hybrid | $121,749 - $171,970 per year

The Role

• Develop and set the strategic direction for IAM architecture within the organization.

• Collaborate with Lead Development, Engineering, and Operational resources to shape IAM capabilities.

• Work with other Architects and Service Owners to deliver scalable and adaptable enterprise solutions.

• Research and design new IAM technologies and develop robust IAM policies and procedures.

• Implement IAM best practices, ensure compliance, and automate access processes.

• Design secure authentication for Cloud technologies and contribute to cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need

• Minimum Associate's Degree; Bachelor's or Master's in IT preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analyst, governance, or support role, with 8 years preferred and 3 years in IAM Architecture.

• Experience with SailPoint and ServiceNow is highly preferred.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

• Ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, and/or Powershell, and experience with SQL databases.
