The Role

• Partner with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and execution plans.

• Translate complex business and customer needs into clear requirements for platform capabilities.

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for platform capabilities within a key decisioning team.

• Drive the development of a high-performance, real-time AI and decisioning platform.

• Make strategic prioritization and tradeoff decisions based on customer and business outcomes.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

What You'll Need

• Strong ownership mentality and a proven ability to learn quickly.

• Solid engineering background with an understanding of platform system design and architecture.

• Experience translating product requirements into actionable platform development requirements.

• Proven track record of owning backlogs, roadmaps, and end-to-end product delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to make prioritization and tradeoff decisions in ambiguous environments.

• Excellent communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
