The Role

• Help build and refine tools essential for fleet operations and maintenance teams

• Steward a software product line, managing its roadmap and feature prioritization

• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Technical Program Managers to define requirements and improve system performance

• Establish metrics to measure the health and effectiveness of operational software systems

• Lead initiatives to automate service start-up checks and remote management tools for depots and fleet supervisors

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 10 years of product management experience

• Strong curiosity and desire to identify opportunities for improvement

• Proven ability to drive collaboration, alignment, and influence outcomes without direct authority

• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, especially in technical or operational environments

• Technical background with the ability to understand software development, APIs, back-end systems, and technical tradeoffs
