Role summary
A leading automotive industry company is seeking a Product Manager to guide product development and evolution, aligning with customer needs and business objectives. The role involves creating product vision, business plans, and go-to-market strategies, while collaborating with UX, marketing, and client solutions teams. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, managing feature development, and analyzing product performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience, a deep understanding of business and industry principles, familiarity with SAFe Agile, and hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is preferred.

The Role
• Guide the development and evolution of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition.
• Partner with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with client solutions, product readiness, and marketing teams to generate awareness and leads.
• Document requirements and manage feature development.
• Analyze product performance and drive improvements.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics.
• Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred.
