ROLE OVERVIEW

The Brand & UI Designer owns the end-to-end visual identity and UI execution for HRS corporate, talent acquisition, and partner clinic digital and print properties. You bring strong UI design expertise to every project, designing high-impact campaign assets, landing pages, web interfaces, social content, emails, motion graphics, and internal materials.

This is a creative ownership role that blends user-centered design, visual storytelling, and performance-driven thinking. You will collaborate closely with the Growth team to ensure all touchpoints are visually compelling, consistent, scalable, and optimized for conversion and retention. Priorities are focused on the highest-impact initiatives each quarter.

First-Year Success Will Include

  • Establishing and maintaining scalable design systems, UI standards, and component libraries across HRS corporate and partner clinic digital properties
  • Designing and launching the employer brand / talent acquisition website and 10+ partner clinic websites or major redesigns
  • Delivering high-performing creative for patient acquisition and talent recruitment campaigns, including paid advertising, email, and conversion-focused landing pages
  • Implementing clear systems for asset organization, handoff, and cross-team collaboration that support speed, consistency, and quality
  • Leveraging analytics and testing insights to iterate on designs and optimize for engagement, conversion, and retention

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & UI Execution

  • Design responsive UI for corporate, partner clinic, and talent acquisition websites
  • Create high-performing landing pages, web layouts, and modular components in Figma
  • Produce creative assets for digital ads, social media, emails, and print collateral
  • Design and iterate paid advertising creative for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels (static, carousel, and short-form video)
  • Create motion graphics and interactive components to enhance engagement and storytelling
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and mobile responsiveness across all digital properties
  • Conduct basic UI research and user testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
  • Develop visual assets for events and conferences, including booth design, banners, signage, print collateral, and experiential materials that align with brand and campaign goals.

Brand & Visual System Ownership

  • Own and evolve the HRS brand system and clinics across digital properties
  • Maintain and advance brand guidelines including typography, color, iconography, and photography
  • Establish and maintain UI patterns and scalable templates to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure visual and messaging continuity from paid ads through landing pages and conversion experiences
  • Design, evolve, and steward brand and sub-brand logos, including partner clinic identities, refreshes, and extensions as needed
  • Maintain quality control across all creative and UI outputs

Lifecycle, Conversion & Retention Design

  • Design candidate-facing assets that improve trust, clarity, and conversion across student, early-career, and experienced clinician funnels
  • Support patient retention through post-visit, follow-up, educational, and re-engagement visual assets
  • Translate growth, lifecycle, and retention goals into clear, intuitive visual experiences across the full funnel

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner closely with the Digital Experience Manager to ensure accurate Webflow implementation of designs
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns across paid ads, email, and landing pages
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to optimize UI and creative performance
  • Own the design-to-development workflow, including prototyping, documentation, and efficient handoff to developers or Webflow specialists
  • Align creative output with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing goals and campaign KPIs
  • Support marketing operations with asset management, documentation, and project organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–6 years of experience in UI, web, or brand design (agency or in-house)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Strong UI design skills with a focus on responsive web layouts and information hierarchy
  • Experience designing landing pages, digital campaigns, and interactive web components
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, motion design, and visual storytelling
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI expertise, brand consistency, and performance-oriented design

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience designing for healthcare, multi-location service businesses, or clinic-style networks
  • Experience producing motion graphics and short-form video for paid and organic campaigns
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization concepts, A/B testing, and digital marketing performance metrics

COMPENSATION

Base salary range of $75,000-$90,000 DOE
. Bonuses and performance are recognized through increased scope, project ownership, and long-term growth opportunities within HRS.
