Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and creative designer to assist our visual presence across all platforms. In this role, your primary mission will be designing high-impact, user-friendly websites using Figma, ensuring our digital footprint is modern, responsive, and intuitive.

Beyond the web, you will be the creative engine behind our brand's visual identity. You will shift gears seamlessly between crafting pixel-perfect UI layouts and designing engaging assets for social media, brand identity (logos/guidelines), and print collateral. The ideal candidate is a Figma expert who also possesses a deep mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and understands how to maintain brand consistency whether a user is clicking a button or holding a printed brochure.

Core Focus Areas

  • Web Design (70-80%): Conceptualizing and executing website designs in Figma, focusing on user experience, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes.
  • Brand & Identity: Developing and evolving brand assets, including logo marks, color palettes, and typography standards.
  • Marketing & Social: Creating high-performing graphics for social media campaigns, email headers, and digital advertisements.
  • Print & Production: Designing physical touchpoints such as business cards, flyers, signage, or event materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

Requirements

  • Figma: Expert-level proficiency in Figma is required. You should be comfortable using auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping to create high-fidelity, responsive web designs.
  • Web Design Principles: A deep understanding of responsive design, grid systems, typography, and user interface (UI) best practices.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Photoshop (image manipulation/social assets), Illustrator (vector branding/icons), and InDesign (layout for print/brochures).
  • Print Production Knowledge: Ability to prepare files for print, including a solid understanding of bleed, margins, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), and resolution requirements.

Experience & Portfolio

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of professional experience in a dedicated design role (Agency or In-house).
  • Diverse Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing live website designs (Figma) alongside examples of branding, social media campaigns, and physical print materials.
  • Brand Stewardship: Experience developing or maintaining brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look across digital and physical touchpoints.

Soft Skills & Workflow

  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly between a high-level website mockup and a quick social media graphic or print flyer.
  • Attention to Detail: A "pixel-perfect" mindset—whether it’s alignment in a web hero section or kerning in a printed logo.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with developers to bring web designs to life.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
