<Overview>
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data analysis skills and technical expertise to extract insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that enhances operational efficiency and drives growth with a focus on customer trends, customer segmentation, response rates and products.

<Duties>

• Collect, analyze, and validate large datasets using tools such as SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to support business initiatives.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators, patterns, trends and basic insights of the data.
• Document data definitions, processes, workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with project management principles.
• Conduct business analysis by identifying opportunities for process improvements or automation of data availability
• Follow established data governance, privacy and security guideine

.<Requirements>

• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role with strong data analysis skills across diverse datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL programming for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to utilize R or Python for statistical analysis and advanced data manipulation tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights into clear business recommendations. Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
