Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer with Development Lead experience to build and lead scalable, enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React JS, and AI/LLM integrations, including RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, and Bedrock APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes is essential. Prior experience in the AT&T or telecom domain is preferred.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Java and microservices architecture
Hands-on with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka
Strong experience with React JS
Exposure to AI/LLMs, RAG (LangChain/LlamaIndex), OpenAI/Bedrock APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
Prior experience with AT&T or telecom domain preferred
