Overview
Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you'll be at the forefront of fostering a thriving, engaged, and compliant workforce. Duties
- Oversee human capital management activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead onboarding process for all employees which includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefit administration, and overall training
- Lead performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts to foster continuous growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively through conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels.
- Utilize ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo for HR sourcing and recruiting efforts; conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to secure qualified candidates.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of HR sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and contracts management.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization; experience in social media management for employer branding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated through data collection, data entry accuracy, and administrative experience supporting HR functions.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools like Kronos or UltiPro; familiarity with performance management systems enhances your effectiveness in this role. Pay: From $68,500.00 per year
