Manual QA Engineer
Role summary
impact.com is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their Contracts team. This role involves understanding, testing, and approving quality features by developing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will collaborate with engineers and PMs, craft test scenarios, execute tests, document bugs, and participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QA experience, expertise in test planning and execution, hands-on experience with MySQL and Git, and a full understanding of the SDLC. This is a hybrid role with a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 USD per year, plus bonus and RSU grants.

As a QA Analyst on the Contracts team, you will be responsible for understanding, testing and approving quality features through developing and executing comprehensive test plans. Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 USD per year plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
