Role summary

InfoBeans is seeking a remote Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on internal engineering platforms and developer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD, and engineering tools, with the ability to translate engineering metrics into actionable insights. The Product Manager will partner closely with senior engineering leadership to define product strategy, drive the roadmap, and deliver scalable platform solutions. This is a C2C contract position for candidates authorized to work in the US.

About the Role

We are looking for a
Product Manager
to lead initiatives around internal engineering platforms and developer experience. This role involves working closely with senior engineering leadership to drive product strategy, improve engineering productivity, and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for internal platform/developer experience initiatives
  • Partner with engineering stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities
  • Translate engineering metrics and data into actionable insights
  • Work across teams to deliver scalable, high-impact platform solutions
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in
Product Management for internal platforms / DevEx/engineering tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, and analytics tools
- Exposure to engineering productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE, Flow, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work with and influence
senior engineering stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
