Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale strategic initiatives in Toronto, Canada. The role requires 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Governance & Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management, and Budgeting/SOW Management. The candidate will drive end-to-end program execution, establish governance, manage risks and timelines, and oversee financial aspects. Experience in financial services or technology domains, along with PMP/PgMP certification, is preferred. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for this contract position.
