AWS Data Engineer
for a long term opportunity at
Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position).

Job Title: AWS Data Engineer

Duration: Long Term Position (12+ Months)

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a data engineer and must have hands on experience as AWS Engineer with knowledge of AWS services for Data migration and in depth knowledge of Python.
• Must have experience in core AWS services, and basic AWS architecture best practices.
• Should have experience in S3, AWS SFTP, Kinesis, AWS Glue, Athena, Lambda, Airflow etc
• Preferred to have good understanding of AWS services like Air Flow or Step functions.
• Must have experience in optimizing jobs for Performance, Validation and Testing
• Experience in CDK updates and deployment for Dev/UAT/Prod.
• Strong communication skills - in onsite / offshore engagement models

Nice to have

• AWS certification a plus
