Role summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support organizational growth. This role requires a people-focused leader capable of driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operational excellence. You will develop and implement HR strategies, partner with leaders for strategic guidance, lead talent acquisition and retention, manage performance and succession planning, ensure legal compliance, oversee HRIS and benefits, and analyze HR metrics. The ideal candidate will also lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a positive and inclusive culture. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support organizational growth. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who can drive talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operational excellence while aligning people strategies with business objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations.

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business goals and workforce effectiveness.

• Partner with department leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, workforce planning, and talent management support.

• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.

• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, diversity, and organizational development programs.

• Manage performance appraisal processes, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and HR information systems (HRIS).

• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources management, HR leadership, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, employee relations, and talent management.

• Experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools is preferred.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead change management and organizational development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
