Accountabilities
- Design and implement scalable enablement programs for strategic alliances, primarily focused on Microsoft Marketplace
- Develop structured onboarding and training journeys for internal teams, including SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and technical roles, to support alliance and Marketplace initiatives
- Create repeatable external-facing materials and enablement content for partners and ecosystem stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Alliances, Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure alignment of strategy, messaging, and processes
- Deliver live training sessions when required to support internal and external audiences
- Monitor program adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on enablement programs to improve partner readiness and transaction performance
- Support additional alliance initiatives through sprint-based enablement design and program updates
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, alliance enablement, channel enablement, or related GTM roles within SaaS or cybersecurity environments
- Experience with Microsoft alliances and/or Microsoft Marketplace, including co-sell motions and partner ecosystem dynamics
- Strong understanding of how distributors, resellers, MSPs, and alliance partners operate within SaaS or cybersecurity ecosystems
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enablement programs, including structured onboarding and externally consumable materials
- Ability to confidently facilitate live training sessions for internal sellers and external partners
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written communication skills with the ability to translate complex alliance models into actionable guidance
- Comfortable operating in evolving, ambiguous alliance environments and building structure where it does not yet exist
