Role summary

Dice is seeking a Founding Product Manager for a fast-growing technology organization in New York City building a sports prediction and analytics platform. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to own the product vision from day one, shape a platform at the intersection of sports, data, and user experience, and influence strategy in an early-stage environment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of product management experience in tech, data, or platform-driven environments, with proven ability in Agile lifecycle ownership and data-driven product work. Responsibilities include platform and feature roadmap development, data analytics, user insights, and hands-on execution.

This full?time, onsite role is based in New York City (NoHo) with a fast?growing technology organization building a cutting?edge sports prediction and analytics platform. The team blends data science, user behavior modeling, and real?time sports engagement to deliver a highly interactive digital product used by a rapidly expanding audience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Product Management Experience - 4+ years in product management within tech, data, or platform?driven environments
  • Agile Lifecycle Ownership - Proven ability to manage products from ideation through launch
  • Data?Driven Product Work - Experience with analytics platforms or predictive technologies
  • Technical Communication - Ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering and data teams
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Sports Industry Interest - Passion for sports and curiosity about predictive analytics
  • Product Tools - Familiarity with Jira, Productboard, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
  • Startup Experience - Prior exposure to early?stage or founding product roles

Daily Responsibilities

  • 60% Hands?On Execution - Writing requirements, managing backlog, driving sprint progress
  • 20% Strategic Planning - Roadmapping, aligning product direction with business goals
  • 20% Team Collaboration - Syncing with engineering, design, and data science
